“Because they all deserve a second chance!!” Crossroads Veterinary Clinic is actively involved with several pet adoption agencies to help them accomplish their missions of saving lives and educating the public about spaying and neutering. Services offered include Veterinary consultation, low cost spays and neuters, vaccinations, medical and surgical treatments. We have teamed up with several adoption groups in the Golden Crescent area. Join us to help educate the public and save lives!!

Dogs and cats get lost more frequently than most realize. If you experience this, please visit Victoria County Animal Control website. They pick up lost and stray pets. All the pets currently residing at the shelter will have their picture posted to help you reunite with your lost love one or maybe even adopt a new member of the family.

The Victoria County Sheriff’s Office is a full-service law enforcement agency and detention facility. Since 1836, we have been dedicated to the service and protection of the citizens of Victoria County.  Crossroads Veterinary Clinic has teamed up with the Sheriff’s K-9 unit to provide veterinary care for our canine partners. These dogs provide an invaluable service to the department and their health is very important to keep them active and working. We are honored at Crossroads Veterinary Clinic to be able to offer that care for our 4-legged officers!!

The Homes for Heroes foundation is a public charity exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Its mission is to provide or coordinate financial assistance and housing resources to our Nation’s Heroes such as Military personnel, Police/Peace Officers, Firefighter and First Responders who demonstrate neediness. Crossroads Veterinary Clinic participates in this program helping our Nation’s Heroes.

We offer 10% OFF Veterinary Services to Homes for Heroes members!!

Educational Speeches – The Veterinarians at Crossroads Veterinary Clinic speak to several groups, clubs, organizations, etc. about Veterinary Medicine. These speeches occur throughout the year and are a great way to educate the public about what we do as Veterinarians.

Shadow Students/Veterinary Externs – Crossroads Veterinary Clinic’s priority is “Education”. We educate clients on a daily basis about their pets, and we also are very open to shadow students following the Veterinarians and staff to learn about Veterinary Medicine. We have individual students shadow as well as group of student come through the clinic. We support students from the High School’s Career and Technical Education Program, Girls Scouts, 4-H Groups, Boy Scouts, FFA, etc. We are also active in future Veterinarians by supporting and teaching Veterinary Student Externs.

Community Activities – The Crossroads Veterinary Clinic team is involved in several community activities. The community is wonderful in supporting us, and we want to give back to the community as appreciation for their support. Look for us in the community as we give back and show our support to the Golden Crescent.
