CVC - Crossroads Veterinary Clinic

Compassionate & Affordable Care tailored to your family's needs

CVC is built on a compassionate, family-centered approach to veterinary medicine. We believe that our pets hold our families together, and that they deserve the best clinical care possible. We are honored to be a part of the great veterinary community of the Golden Crescent.

In 2009 CVC was founded on a mission to constantly pursue excellence in patient care, and to provide the best client education experience, all at an affordable price! Since our opening day we have based everything we do on the same principles.

All our team members share a love for animals and an understanding that your pet has a unique set of needs. At CVC, your family can rest assured that we will work with you to build the right treatment plan for you and your pet.

We have recently become a hybrid practice! Crossroads Veterinary Clinic is now partnered with Nexus Veterinary Specialists. We are both operating together in the same building to synergize our team, resources, and shared expertise in order to offer the highest possible standards of care for our patients. We are thrilled to join Nexus in their mission to bring Specialized Care to the Golden Crescent region. We believe this partnership will help us continue our mission of offering the best clinical care possible.

We use state-of-the-art in-house diagnostics & medical techniques to provide affordable, comprehensive medical and surgical care for your pet.

Riley Burrows, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Riley Burrows is a dedicated and passionate veterinarian who grew up in Victoria, Texas. Her love for animals has been a source of comfort during challenging times, igniting her passion for their well-being and care.

Dr. Burrows began her journey in veterinary medicine by earning her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Texas A&M University, where she gained a solid foundation in animal health and care. She then advanced her studies at St. George's University School of Veterinary Medicine, earning her doctorate.

After countless miles, dedicated studying, and precious time away from her family, her journey reached an end as she completed her clinical year at NC State in Raleigh. Raleigh not only marks a milestone in her academic journey but also holds special significance because it was during her time there that she coincidentally met her now-fiancé, Trevor, at a dog park.
Dr. Burrows has three dogs of her own, with a particular soft spot for French Bulldogs. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling and baking.

Thrilled to return to her roots, Dr. Burrows is eager to give back to her community and care for its cherished animal companions.
